Toxicokinetic Study
Toxicokinetics is an emerging discipline that applies the principles and research methods of pharmacokinetics to explore the occurrence and development patterns of drug toxicity. Through in vivo and in vitro animal studies and in vitro human studies, JOINN obtains basic pharmacokinetic parameters of drugs based on the dose levels that produce toxicities. It also qualitatively and quantitatively investigates the dynamic changes and characteristics in absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion of drugs in experimental animals over time.
