- High-throughput expression: Transferring single-copy B cell genes into HEK293 to express monoclonal antibodies.

- High-throughput sorting: Displaying antibody molecules on mammalian cells and using MACS and FACS technologies to achieve high-throughput single-cell sorting.

- High success rate: Secretion of full IgG by mammalian cell supernatants, completing 4-6 functional screenings, typically including binding, crossing, Koff, protein/cell-level blocking, and signaling pathways, with good drug potential and developability.

- High fidelity: Screening memory B cells and plasma cells to ensure natural pairing of B cell heavy and light chains.
