July 22–24, 2026 will witness the grand opening of the inaugural China Pharmaceutical Innovation Conference (CPIC 2026) at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). Benchmarked against the J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference, the event adopts a framework featuring "China-driven innovation, global collaboration, and Shanghai-based transactions". It aims to consolidate China’s standing as a powerhouse in new drug development and advance global healthcare industry growth led by Chinese innovations.
Under the theme Chinese Innovation Empowers the Global Pharmaceutical Industry, the inaugural conference will host over 60 thematic sessions covering more than 300 discussion topics, offering a panoramic overview of China’s pharmaceutical innovation landscape and its transformative progress on the global stage.
